The Tales of Brer Rabbit

Some preliminary sketches for a personal project based on the old stories from Uncle Remus and his tales of the trickster character Brer Rabbit. These tales paved the way for the bugs bunnys, slyvester & tweetys, coyote & roadrunners, etc. If you don't know about them (the original books, not the disney version) I suggest you look them up.

This is my version of Pinocchio. Based in modern times, Gepetto is an artist who makes art out of junkyard stuff. For my character design class.
